OVERVIEW<\/h3>

The Reception Dashboard is available at Reception for Lauxes Grates Team and Visitors, to provide a Sign-In and Sign-Out facility when visiting any of the Lauxes Grates Sites or attending Lauxes Grates as part of employment.<\/p>\n

The Reception Dashboard is also available to users who perform the role of First Impressions Officer, so that they may create visitors and book them for site visits.<\/p>\n

In our changing world, this new system works to offer additional safety for team members and tracks visitors to the site to assist in the event they test positive for Covid-19.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t

GETTING STARTED<\/h3>
\n

When you first open the Reception Dashboard you will be greeted a simple choice.\u00a0 TEAM or VISITOR.\u00a0 If you are a Lauxes Employee the you should choose TEAM, otherwise, all visitors should choose VISITOR.<\/p>\n

To make your choice just tap or click the appropriate button!<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

If you’re a member of Lauxes Grates Team looking to Sign-In and start your day then click on TEAM <\/strong>to get started.<\/p>\n

Once you click on TEAM<\/strong>, you will shows a list of departments.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t

Once you see a list of Departments select your department by clicking on the department button. ie. IT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you select a department you will see a list of all of the team members for your department, with the exception of department heads, which can be found under HOD<\/strong>.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Next you will need to select your name from the list of team members shown for the selected department.\u00a0 If you name is not on the list then contact IT, or HR and your login will be updated to reflect the correct department.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

THINGS TO NOTE<\/h3>

If you look closer at the list you will see a POWER<\/strong> Icon and a GLOBE<\/strong> Icon.\u00a0 If the POWER<\/strong> <\/em>Icon is green, then that Team Member is signed-In.
If the GLOBE<\/strong> <\/em>is in colour, then the Team Member is on-site.
This is an easy way to see which Members of your team are already working, and who is on-site\/in the office.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t
