Found Portal Help… But wondering where all the help articles are, or why you can’t get to them?
To get access to ALL of the help articles for the Lauxes Grates Portal you will need to be logged into the Portal Help as well.
This might seem a little odd, but this is so we can show you all of the goodies available within the Lauxes Grates Portal, without showing the world! – It will just be our little secret.
So follow through this article, it will show you how to get get started on the portal help and what you need to do to register and be granted access to all of the help you never wanted!
STEP 1
When you first arrive on the Lauxes Grates Portal Help you will see a My Account button in the top right corner of the view.
Click on the My Account and you will be taken to the My Account view. …Yep! You can do it now!
STEP 2
After you’ve clicked on the My Account menu option and you will be taken to the My Account view (Yep! You can do it now!) where you will see a Login section and a Register Section.
If you have Registered on the Intranet site before then simply enter you Username or Email Address and then Enter you Password and press Continue. You will be taken back to the Home Page, but this time there will be more items available!
STEP 3
Never been here before? …and NOT signed up? …No Problem!
1. First up, Come up with a cool username and enter it in the first box.
2. Next, Enter your email address (you will get a verification email to confirm)
3. Choose a tricky password.
The drop-down box will give you an awesome password rating – Try to get Strong!
Note: Always remember to keep your passwords confidential and not give them to anyone. Any important things you do in Portal Help will be tagged with your name, so make sure it is always you who is logged in as you!
STEP 4
Once you have logged in for the first time you will be taken to the My Accounts page.
You can always some back to this page by clicking on the My Accounts links in the top right of the screen.
STEP 5
While you are on the My Accounts page, you will see Account details as a menu option on the left side of the view.
Click on Account details and fill in your First Name & Last Name. You can also change your Display Name to something that others will recognize, or just something that you think is cool 😉
Once again, you can always come back into this view by Clicking on My Account in the Main Menu.
FINAL STEP
Actually, there is no final step – You’re Done!
We, on the other hand, have one more step to do though. We will receive an email telling us that you registered and then we will jump on and tell the Lauxes Grates Portal Help that you are definitely One of the Team! Then your registration will complete and you will have access to all of the articles in the Lauxes Grates Portal Help.
